Cost - You get 3 free forms, 3 reports and 100 monthly entries. You can upgrade to receive more with their paid plans. You may also delete the forms you are using so you continually only have 3 at one time. This limits how much you can use this free tool.
Wufoo is a great form builder tool, easy to use and allows you to have quite a bit of flexibility compared to Zoomerang or Survey Monkey.
